Ingredients:  
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 large onion, diced
1 - 15 oz can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 can Rotel tomatoes (do not drain)
1 can Bush's baked beans (Original)
1 can kernel corn - partially drained
1 can (12.5 oz) chunk chicken breast
OR 1-1/2 c shredded chicken
Chili powder
Oregano
Granulated garlic
Cumin
Pepper (I omitted salt)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in oil until soft & translucent. Add drained black beans, pork & beans, Rotel tomatoes, corn & chicken. Add seasonings to taste (I eyeballed it). Heat over med-low heat & simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Suggested Toppings: shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped fresh cilantro, sliced black olives, chopped red onions. Serve with tortilla chips, crushed corn chips or fresh roll & butter
