CRUST:
3 cups flour
¾ tsp. salt
¾ tsp. baking powder
1 cup butter
2 egg yolks
1½ tsp. lemon juice
½-⅔ cup water.

FILLING;
8 large Peaches- peeled pared and sliced
½ tsp. salt
3 T. tapioca
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together and cut in butter like for pie crust. Combine egg yolks, lemon juice and water, add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly., dough will be very moist. Divide dough into two parts. Roll out on floured board to fit 15X10 cookie sheet. Spread peaches evenly over crust; sprinkle sugar mixture over fruit. dot with 2T. butter. Cover with top crust, cutting slits to allow venting. Bake at 375º for 1 hour or untl golden brown.

Ice while warm, with icing;

2 cups powdered sugar
2 T. milk
2 T. lemon juice
