Ingredients:	Ingredients: 3½ c all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1½ c butter or margarine 1 c sugar 1pkg (3oz) Jell-O gelatin (any flavor) 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:	Directions: Mix flour with baking powder. Cream butter, gradually add sugar and gelatin beating well. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well. Force dough through a cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheets or roll in 1 " balls and press with a cookie stamp.. Sprinkle with additional gelatin (same flavor) or decorate with colored sprinkles . Bake at 400º about 8 minutes or untill edges are golden brown. Makes about 10 dozen 1 to 1½ inch cookies

Personal Notes:	Personal Notes: I love doing these in cherry or strawberry and lime for red & green Christmas cookies and those are really my "go to" flavors BUT one of these days I'm gonna try BLUE raspberry and orange!!
