5 lbs potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped green or red sweet peppers
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 small garlic clove,minced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp salt
1/2 ground pepper
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp horseradish
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch oregano & chives

In large bowl, combine first 11 ingredients. Set aside, in small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Pour over potato mixture, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
