1/4 cup Natural, No Sugar Added creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 package instant pudding mix (Fat-Free and Sugar-Free)
2 cups fat-free milk
1 1/2 cup frozen Sugar-Free or Fat-Free Cool Whip, thawed and divided)
Ground cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter and honey in a medium microwaveable bowl and cook on high for 30 seconds, stirring until it melts. Stir in Rice Krispies, then press into a 8" round cake pan.

Make pudding according to directions. Fold in Cool Whip; spoon over Rice Krispies mixture. Cover and freeze until firm, or overnight.

Let pie stand for 15 minutes before serving. Spoon remaining Cool Whip over each serving. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired, and more Rice Krispies.
