1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2/3 cup chopped nuts
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
3 packages (4 ounces) instant lemon pudding
4 cups cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix flour, margarine and nuts and pat into bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip until combined, then spread over cooled crust.

Blend instant pudding with the cold milk and pour over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap, at least 2 hours before serving.
