250g extra firm tofu
one medium sized onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp of sesame seeds
olive oil for frying
for a richer taste, you can add some parsley and sun-dried tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat a pan. Chop the onion and garlic cloves. Sprinkle the pan with some olive oil, cook the onions and garlic for 3 – 5 minutes.
2. Slice the tofu into small cubes, add to the pan together with sesame seeds. Cook for another 2 minutes, stir well.
3. Add soy sauce and maple syrup, stir well. At this point add parsley and sun-dried tomatoes if you want to. Cook for another 5 – 8 minutes.

Serve together with rice, legumes or salad.
