Crust:
¾ cup chopped walnuts
¾ cup crushed graham crackers
3 Tbsp butter, melted

Combine and press into 9 to10-inch spring-form pan.

Filling:
4 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1¼ cups sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla
Beat until smooth and pour over crust (will be thick)

Bake at 350º for 40 to 50 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes then proceed.

Topping:
2 cups sour cream
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Blend well, put on top and bake an additional 5 minutes. Cool. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours or more.

Glaze:
1 quart fresh strawberries
1 (12 oz) jar red raspberry jelly
1 Tbsp cornstarch
½ cup water

Several hours before serving, combine jelly (a little) with cornstarch in saucepan; mix. Add remaining jelly and water; cook until thick and clear.

When ready to serve, remove cake from pan. Glaze the cake and put fresh strawberries on by hand.
