1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar packed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 box 3.4 oz of instant Vanilla Pudding Mix ( just the mix, don't make the pudding)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
11/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup of red, white and blue sprinkles
3/4 cup or 4th of July, red, white and blue M&M's

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar with mixer, mix in egg and vanilla until smooth. Add pudding mix, baking soda and salt until combined. Mix in flour, sprinkles then M&M's. Form into 2 tbsp size balls and place on parchment paper and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350º. Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper 2 inches apart. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges start to turn brown. Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet before transferring them to a cooling rack.
