2-3 (6oz) cans minced clams, drained
1 small onion
1/2 c. butter
2 (18oz.) cans New England Clam Chowder
2 (10 ¾ oz.) cans cream of potato soup
3-4 med. cubed potatoes
1 qt. Half-n- Half

Directions:
Directions:
Chop clams and onions in a food processor. Saute clams and onions in butter in a very large soup pot. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Simmer until potatoes are done.

Stir often, potatoes settle to the bottom and stick.
If the soup is too thick, you can add a little whole milk.
