1½ - 2 lbs. hamburger
clove of garlic
2 onions chopped finely

3 c. beef broth
28 oz. can petite diced tomatoes, (do not drain)
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. green beans, probably use a 12 oz can cut green beans, drain
12 oz. can corn, drain
½ tsp basil
1 tbsp. salt
¼ tsp thyme
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
1 c. dry red wine (red cooking wine)
may need to add water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, garlic, and onion together; drain grease off. Put in large pot. Add all other ingredients. May need to add a little water. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for an hour. Make sure vegetables are cooked.
