½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar, packed
¾ cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cups flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, brown sugar, butter, egg, vanilla at high speed for 2 minutes. Sift flour, baking soda, salt and add to creamed mixture. Add peanuts, and mix at low speed for 2 minutes. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes.
