2 pkg. RAW peanuts (12 oz)
2 c. sugar (I use 1 ½ c.)
1 c. water
salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a pan

2. Cook on top of stove on med-high until thickens, then turn down to medium. All moisture should be gone and it starts to crystalize. (Approx 15 mins)

3. Put on cookie sheet and sprinkle with lots of salt

4. Put in 300º oven for 15 minutes. Take out and stir.

5. Salt again

6. Bake at 300º again for an additional 15 minutes. Cool & Store
