3/4 - 1-1/2 c. sour cream
1 - 3 oz pkge vanilla instant pudding
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Make a combination of any of the following:

2 med. apples, cored & cut into bite size pieces
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2 - 1 cantaloupe, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 - 1 honeydew melon, cut into bite size pieces
red &/or green seedless grapes
mini marshmallows

DO NOT USE: watermelon (tried that, didn't work)

Directions:

Mix together the first 3 ingredients. Set aside.

Combine fruit & about 1/2 hr before serving, toss together with sour cream mixture. If adding banana, add at the last possible time (make sure they are not too ripe).
