4 cups apples

4 tbsp brown sugar

3 Tbsp flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Topping

1 egg well beaten

1 cup sifted flour

1 cup sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased baking pan put in apples peeled and sliced
Combine sugar flour and cinnamon sprinkle over fruit stir with a fork
For topping beat egg until thick and lemon colored.
Combine all sifted dry ingredients into the belated egg I. With a fork until crumbly
Sprinkle topping over apples
Drizzle melted butter over topping bake 375º for 45 minutes makes 6-8 servings serve warm very good with ice cream
