½ cup butter
2 Tbsps sifted confectioner's sugar
½ tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
¾ cup flaked coconut
⅓ cup sifted confectioner's sugar

Cream butter, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and the vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
Add flour all at once and blend well.
Mix in coconut.
Chill 15 minutes.
Shape into 1 inch balls.

Place on baking sheets and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Roll in ⅓ cup sugar while still warm
