2-3 ripe bananas (I use 3)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
3 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c nuts (optional)
1/2 c melted butter (cooled and add last)

Mix above ingredients and bake for about an hour at 350 degrees
