1 cup crisco (or lard)
3 cups flour

1 egg
1 tsp vinegar
5T cold water
1 tsp salt

Cut together first 2 ingredients until mixture resembles peas. Beat together remaining ingredients then add to the flour mixture. Stir into a ball and then let the dough rest 15 to 20 minutes.

Trish Obrist gave me this recipe when I was in my 20's! This is the only crust I will make. Turns out so flakey and YUMMY.
