6 cups chopped lettuce
6 hard cooked eggs, sliced
2 cups frozen peas, thawed
1 pound of bacon, crisp cooked, drained and chopped
2 cups of shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 cup of mayonnaise
1-2 teaspoons of sugar
¼ cup green onions sliced with tops
paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Layer first 5 ingredients in a clear deep bowl. I usually make 2-3 layers. Mix mayo with sugar and spread over top, then sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper and garnish with chopped green onions.
