3 ounce package lemon Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces Cool Whip
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened. Cream together cheese, sugar, and vanilla; add gelatin and blend well. Fold in Cool Whip. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Pack 2/3 of mixture on bottom and sides of a 9"x13"x2" pan. Add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill for several hours. Cut into squares and serve.
