3 eggs
4 T brown sugar
½ tsp nutmeg
4 c broad egg noodles, cooked
½ c raisins
½ c sliced blanched almonds
1 T lemon juice
4 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs and brown sugar until fluffy. Add nutmeg, noodles, raisins, almonds, lemon juice, and melted butter. Turn into well greased baking dish. Bake at 375º for 50 minutes or until browned on top.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
