Vegetable Casserole Recipe

Grandma Lattin


Preheat oven to 350
1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 can sliced water chestnuts

1 cup grated cheese
1 jar chopped pimentos
1 can mushroom soup

Chop and steam fresh broccoli and cauliflower for about 10 minutes.
If using frozen broccoli and cauliflower, thaw.
Butter 9 X 13 baking casserole dish.
Spread broccoli, cauliflower and water chestnuts on bottom of pan.
Mix grated cheese, pimentos and mushroom soup.
Pour soup mixture over vegetables.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
