2 tablespoons of shallots chopped
2 teaspoons of garlic chopped
One and a half quarts of heavy cream
2 cups of water
One cup of Parmesan cheese
One and a half pounds of cream cheese
One cup of shredded cheddar cheese
One cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tablespoon of all the bases
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Half a cup of fresh white bread crumbs
2 pounds of jumbo lump crab broke it up

Directions:
Directions:
In a small amount of butter sauté shallots and garlic until soft.
Add remaining ingredients in heat until warm and cheese has melted, whip until completely smooth.
Add breadcrumbs and crab meat and mix with a spatula
Serve an individual crocks until heated and serve with French bread chunks or crackers etc.
