2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
¾ stick melted butter
¼ cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
10 ounces grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes beforehand. Mix potatoes, melted butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese together. Cook at 350º for approximately one hour in a 3 quart dish.

We lived on Lake LBJ for many years, and I would always fix this for my step-grandkids after they spent hours swimming and boating, and they licked the dish clean each time.
