4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 16-oz. can pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 t. soda
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
nuts, if desired

Icing:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 T. milk
2 t. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Mix ingredients well with mixer. Spread in an ungreased pan, 11 x 16 or 10 1/2 x 15 1/2. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350º.

For frosting:

Mix all ingredients well with mixer. Spread on cake when cool.
