1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
4 T. cocoa
1 c. water
1 t. vanilla
2 t. soda
Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients together and mix well. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

This is good iced with carmel icing.
