1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. nutmeg
2 2/3 c. half and half
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º. Prepare pastry. Beat eggs slightly with rotary beater. Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into pastry. Bake 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350º. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
