2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of flour
3 lbs. of potatoes
salt, pepper, and parsley to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes. Drain some water, leaving less than half full. Add about 1 and 1/4 cups of milk, bring back to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Mix 3/4 of a cup of milk and 1/2 cup of flour together until smooth. Slowly stir in mixture to thicken sauce. If you prefer it to be thicker, make another mixture of milk and flour and add as needed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley.
