2 eggs (slightly beaten)

1 oz. can pumpkin

¾ c. sugar

½ tsp. salt

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 tsp. ground ginger

1 tsp. ground gloves

12 oz. can of evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients in order given. Pour into unbaked piecrust.

Bake for 15 minutes at 425º. Reduce temperature to 350º bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

NOTE: If using a metal or foil pan, bake on preheated heavy duty baking sheet.
