1 lb. of fresh curly kale (torn into pieces)
10 oz. chopped pecans
2 cans of tiny beets (silced)
1 lb. fresh mozzarella cheese (chopped)
2 cups of raisins
10 large cloves of garlic (chopped)
7 oz. of lemon juice
2 oz. virgin olive olive

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Squirt lemon juice all over salad. and drizzle olive oil on salad. Mix thoroughly.

You can substitue fresh spinach for kale if desired.
