2-10 oz. of frozen box spinach
3/4 cups of melted butter
1/2 cup of grated parmesian cheese
3 cups of stuffing mix
4 eggs, mixed
1 cup of chopped onion
1 tsp. of thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. of pepper seasoning
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach with 2 cups of water until thawed. Drain and squeeze all the water out with your hands. Let cool. Add remaining ingredients, then fold in spinach. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
