2/3 c. butter, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 t. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 baking pan. Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Add flour, baking powder and salt alternately with milk. Pour into pan and bake 30-35 minutes. Good served with strawberries.
