1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 t. salt
1 t. soda
2 t. baking powder
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. raw chopped apples
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oil and eggs and beat well. Add the dry ingredients a little at a time. Beat well and add vanilla. Fold in pecans and apples. Pack down in pan. Bake at 350ºfor 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours at 300º.
