1 tsp. Olive Oil
1 cup canned, Tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. each Dried Basil and Oregano
1 cup cooked Pasta
1/2 cup Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
Directions:

Sauté garlic in oil. Add tomatoes and seasonings; simmer. Pour over pasta. Stir in ricotta cheese.
