What to do with turkey leftovers ~ try this.

Place a layer of turkey stuffing in a pie plate. Make sure you press the stuffing up the sides of the pie plate. Add a layer of turkey pieces on top of the stuffing. Top with some turkey gravy. Add a final layer of mashed potatoes on top of this pie plate casserole.

Refrigerate. When you are ready for an easy one dish dinner treat ~ Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and enjoy.

My friend, Steve Higgins, from Northside Methodist Church here on Cape Cod is the head chef at Hearth and Kettle Restaurants. He makes a couple of these pie plate casseroles after every Thanksgiving dinner. Steve and Laurie enjoy these one-dish dinners more than Thanksgiving dinner.
