Use eye of the round roast.
Cook it in a crock pot with Lipton Onion Soup Mix.
Put an inch of water most of the day.
Take out and shred
Use the water for the Au Jus if you need more buy a mix and add to it.
Butter one side of bun and place Swiss cheese on the other side.
Broil try not to burn
Add roast to bun and dip in Au Jus
