Ingredients:
Ingredients:
I buy thin sirloin steaks or top round steak.
Fry in oil, once browned.
Put the steak in a pot.
Make a gravy out of your drippings.
Put one sliced onion and 1 sliced pepper on top.
Add your gravy (I also use Worcestershire sauce in this gravy)
Put a little water in lid, cover up with lid.

Once again this is my Mom's recipe and she puts Worcestershire sauce in the gravy.
Turn down to simmer and cook for 5 hours. Lots of times depending on how much oil you use it is hard to come up with enough gravy. That is why I save my gravy from the Swiss steak prior and freeze it. Serve it with a bottle of Worcestershire sauce. A great way to use the left overs the next day is to heat up the meat and serve it on toast with Worcestershire sauce! Delicious!
