Ingredients:  
1 stewing hen (cooked, salted, de-boned and chopped-- be sure to reserve the broth)
4 boiled eggs
1 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
8 slices bread
1 stick butter

White sauce:
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cream or evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
To make the white sauce: Melt butter and stir in flour. Add the cream and broth. Cook and stir until thick. Add the soup. Then add the onions, celery, eggs and chicken to the sauce. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Cover with buttered bread crumbs (8 slices of bread and 1 stick butter). Bake until brown and bubbly.
