2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
olive oil
30 oz. jar Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
grated paremesan cheese
1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Dip chicken into egg, then into bread crumbs and coat thoroughly. In a large skillet, brown chicken on both sides in oil. Drain on paper towels. Pour 1 c. of the sauce into a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Lay the chicken pieces in the dish and cover with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Bake 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
