Makes 2~ loaves. Pam ~ spray two 8” loaf pans

2-sticks butter, at room temp.
(Whip butter until light and then cream with both sugars.)
1-Cup Sugar
1-Cup light brown sugar
6 eggs (Note: I add 1-tsp. vanilla)
2-Cups all purpose flour
2-tsp baking powder
2-tsp baking soda
2-tsp salt
4 tsp cinnamon
6 cups grated carrots
2-cup chopped walnuts
1-cup golden raisins
