Crust:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Layer 1:
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Layer 2:
1 6 oz. package of instant chocolate pudding
1 6 oz. package of instant vanilla (or an additional package of chocolate) pudding
3 cups cold milk

Layer 3:
1 8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Layer 4/garnish:
1 large Hershey's chocolate bar

Crust:
Mix together flour, butter, nuts well. Press mixture into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cool.

Layer 1:
Beat sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread mixture over cooled crust.

Layer 2:
Beat milk into pudding mixtures until mixture is smooth and thickened. Spread over layer 1.

Layer 3:
Spread whipped topping over layer 2.

Layer 4/garnish:
Shave chocolate bar and sprinkle shavings over top of dessert.
