8 tilapia fillet
2 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp melted butter

Avocado Cream Sauce
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup 0% yogurt
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 lime, zest and juice
1/4 tsp chili powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Add fish to greased baking dish and cover with melted butter and sprinkle with chili powder. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until cooked through.

Steam vegetables and make cream sauce while fish is cooking.

Serve fish on the bed of greens with sauce on top.
Serve with a side of steamed vegetables.
