2 1/2 cups dry macaroni
1 stick margarine
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. ground mustard
2 1/2 cups milk
1 lb. grated Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in water until done. Melt margarine and stir in flour and ground mustard. Add milk and grated Velveeta cheese. Stir together until cheese is melted. Pour over cooked macaroni and bake @ 375º until brown. Let cool about 15 minutes before serving.
