Directions:On a clean surface, make an assembly line for yourself. Mix together the seasonings in a small dish. Open up all meat packages and count out even numbers of both bacon and steak. Use fork to pull out even amount of pickle spears and dump out some toothpicks or pre-cut pieces of twine.
Place a few pieces of steak out and season meat generously. Lay a pickle to one side and line with mustard. Roll meat up around pickle and wrap bacon around meat. Place toothpick through the center or tie up with twine.
Fill a hot frying pan with as many rouladin as you can fry it until the bacon is brown (not chewy) on all sides. Set on a plate and repeat until all rouladin have been fried.
Empty bacon grease into a can or bowl. Return all rouladin back to pan and add beef stock. Simmer for 30 minutes until steak is done. Rotate rouladin every 10 minutes.
