3 c. cooked chicken, shredded or chopped into small cubes (I used two large skinless and boneless chicken breasts
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. crushed potato chips
1-1/4 c. Mayonnaise (I use Duke's)
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. bacon, cooked, crumbled (I use Wilson's Bits O Bacon-real bacon-the small bits in a jar)
1 T. dry ranch dressing mix
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Kosher salt and ground pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350º.
Lightly grease a square baking dish or pan.
Mix chicken, cheese, celery and bacon in large bowl.
In smaller bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix, lemon juice, Worchestershire sauce and onion powder, and season with salt and pepper if desired.
Stir mayo mixture into chicken mixture until everything is eenly coated.
Then transfer to greased baking dish.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Place in oven and bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Remove and serve hot.
