- 1 cup prepared yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp liquid smoke (Hickory Flavor)

Directions:

1) Combine all ingredients, EXCEPT soy sauce, butter, and liquid smoke, in a medium sauce pan. Simmer on low for 20 minutes and stir occasionally. 2) Then, add the remaining ingredients (soy sauce, butter, and liquid smoke) and simmer for 10 more minutes. 3) Remove sauce from heat and allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before using.
