3 Russet Potatoes, Sliced (lengthwise)
⅓ Cup Olive Oil
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Oregano
1 Tbsp. Paprika
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice potatoes in half, lengthwise. Then slice each half lengthwise again about 4-5 times. Place in bowl.
2. Pour olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, and parmesan cheese over potatoes in bowl. Toss to coat.
3. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and place potatoes on sheet with a tiny bit of space between each potato wedge.
4. Bake at 400º for 40-50 minutes.
