¼ c soy sauce
¼ c bourbon
2½ T brown sugar
2 lbs pork tenderloin

Mustard Sauce
⅔ c sour cream, light
⅔ c mayonnaise, light
2 T dry mustard
3 green onions, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a baking dish combine the first 3 ingredients, add the tenderloin. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or more, turning the meat at least twice.

Remove the meat from the marinade and place on a rack in a roasting pan. Reserve the marinade for basting,

Preheat oven to 325º. Bake for 45 minutes, basting the meat occasionally with marinade.

Mustard sauce:
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, dry mustard, and green onion I a small bowl, cover and chill.

Serve pork warm or cold with the mustard sauce.
