1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion
1 can hominy, drained
16 ounce can tomatoes (or tomato juice)
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can chili
1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, salted and peppered to taste. Add hominy, tomatoes, and chili powder to taste. Add Ranch Style beans and chili. (Sometimes I put in a can of Rotel) Simmer till done. Can be served with crackers, cornbread, or over mashed potatoes or rice.
