1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
¾ cup salad oil
1 (10 ounce) bottle 7-Up

Directions:
Directions:
Sift cake and pudding mixes together. Add eggs one at a time, then salad oil, then 7-Up. Mix all together and pour into three 9" pans. Bake at 325º for 30 to 35 minutes

1 #2 can crushed pineapple, drained
3 slightly beaten eggs
1¼ sticks margarine
3 heaping tablespoons flour
1 can Angel Flake coconut
1½ cups granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except coconut in a pan. Cook on medium heat, stirring until thick. Remove from heat and stir in coconut. Allow filling to cool until slightly warm and spread between layers and on top of cake.

I usually baked this cake at Easter when my children were small and decorated with green coconut and jelly beans.
